Sar Hor Fun
Originally from Central China, Shahe fen is a rice cake strip, a popular noodle dish in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia.
Sold predominately as a “Hawker Stall” meal we have emulated the style of cooking and serving this flavoursome, wholesome dish with fresh ingredients straight from the markets, via the wok to your plate, literally.
The order and timing of each ingredient is paramount to the success of the flavour.
Wide rice noodles, Marinated chicken breast, Pork belly crackle, Fresh Siu Pak Choy (greens), Eggs, Nga Choy, Spring Onions, Coriander, Vietmaese mint (all optional), and a variety of Asian sauces make this dish what it is.
Please feel welcome to talk/ask the chef questions as he prepares your meal as he will be wok frying the dish in front of you!
There is limited vegetarian style available where Fresh tofu (bean curd) is added instead of chicken.
The dish is separately cooked with oil only and separate utensils.

Knockin Gnocchi
Knockin Gnocchi was a small start up delivery service which started in the first COVID lockdown. Ash the Chef and Laura 'the everything else,' love catering from small dinner groups to large events. We specialise in banquet catering where food is shared down the table, and are all about bringing people together.
We love doing relaxed good food such as our to die for pizzas and gnocchi. Everything is hand-made, seasonal, fresh and as local as we can get it.
If required, we can also do canape style and unqiue grazing tables.
