Dixon Park Surf Life Saving Club offers a stunning backdrop for private functions! Located just 45 minutes from the Newcastle Airport and 5 minutes from the historical city centre of Newcastle and its port, this picturesque hidden gem is the perfect location for your next function or event!
We cater to, but are not limited to; birthdays (no 18th or 21st), engagements, baby showers, weddings family reunions, charity fundraisers, business launch’s, corporate functions and seminars, post wedding get-togethers and celebration of life functions (wakes). Whether it be a small intimate dinner or a large celebration, we are the perfect place to hire with arguably the best natural ocean view in NSW!
Dixon Park seats 100 guests comfortably. We can hold 200 in cocktail fashion, and have a built in dance floor, tiled bar area and disability access (lift platform) as well as two large carparks, providing plenty of parking for your guests.
With help from our preferred professional caterers, we offer a variety of food and beverage options including beverage packages, a subsidized bar, a personal bar tab for you and your guests or cash bar. You are also welcome to bring your own suppliers, so whatever the occasion, we have you sorted!
